Privacy Policy

123dub.ai is operated by SMI Future Marketing Management LLC, Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and who helps us do it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Sign-in records: when you sign in, we store the time, your IP address, and your browser and device information for that session. The record is deleted when you log out.
• One-time codes: the code we email you to sign in is kept in temporary memory for 10 minutes and is never written to our database.
• Contact form messages: the name and email address you enter, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone or WhatsApp number, and the services you are interested in, along with your message. We also record when you sent it and that you agreed to be contacted.
• Emails you send us: if you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your contact form message, create and manage your account, sign you in, keep the site secure, and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.

Service providers

Analytics

On our public pages we use Plausible Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data about visitors, so it cannot recognize you between visits. It may count that a form was submitted, but it never sees what you type, and it is not loaded on the sign-in or account pages.

Bot protection

To protect the contact form and the sign-in and sign-up forms from bots and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you load or submit these forms, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user agent so it can tell people from bots. It does not receive what you type into the forms. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf, and also uses them to improve its own bot detection, in which case it acts as an independent controller.

Error monitoring

To find and fix technical problems, we use Honeybadger. When something goes wrong on the site, it receives technical details such as the error, the page path, and your browser and device information. The personal details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, are masked before a report is sent, and we do not send your IP address, your session cookie, or the query part of page addresses. Honeybadger processes this data on our behalf, only to detect and fix errors.

Email delivery

We send the one-time sign-in codes, and the notices about your account, by email through Postmark, an email delivery service. It handles your email address and the message on our behalf, only to deliver it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for up to 12 months, unless they lead to us working together, in which case the agreement that follows sets how long we keep the details. We keep your account details for as long as you have an account. Sign-in records are deleted when you log out. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your details, unless we are required to keep something by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@123dub.ai.
